I poke the bear because he won’t let me go

You might have noticed I added a disclaimer to the previous post. I did this in deference to my husband, who despite thinking the CHP has nothing to do with gangstalking, is nevertheless uncomfortable with my publicly writing that I am sure they do.

Poke The Bear

Poke The Bear

I think on some guttural level most people feel (me included) a little leery of Poking the Bear Especially a bear that has the power and ability to bite back. So to reiterate: It is my opinion that the CHP set our gangstalking in motion. That very statement makes both my husband and I nervous. It’s obvious why Poking this particular Bear makes me apprehensive: I’ve been bitten. If my husband does not think the CHP has anything to do with gangstalking, exactly why is he wary of Poking the Bear?

dont poke the bear

Police get lots of bad press and I am small potatoes. If the California Highway Patrol  is an ethical agency, they aren’t going to be interested in this bloggers opinion.  In theory, I need not worry about  being bitten by legally exercising my right to express myself from an agency that upholds laws.  And yet… in my interactions with them, they have displayed a complete disregard for ethics and the law.  I’m not talking about one  bad apple.  I’m talking about the culture.  So, there is this apprehension….

Could it be that even among the most trusting of us, there is, at our core, a niggling apprehension and distrust of government and its enforcers. I do think most of us are aware enough, to be alarmed by the stripping away of the protections, put in place by the Founding Fathers.   Maybe the uneasiness is because we sense that those diminishing protections,  may be all that stands between us and the snapping jaws of Big Brother. Our liberty is a stake. Our way of life is at stake.

If you would also feel apprehensive, about exercising your legal right (by say…. for example, suing a government agency in small claims court, or writing about it in a blog), you aren’t as free as you think you are. You are feeling the thumb of repression. Government should be working for us… not working us over. Any apprehension at all.  should give you pause. And when you pause… think about what an important tool repression has been. historically to those in power. Not very pretty, is it?

Most people go through life trying to avoid trouble. I’ve always done that. We don’t want police, government or criminal interference in our lives. We just want to live as unfettered and unobstructed as possible. I was naïve in thinking that I could actually sue a powerful branch of law enforcement and emerge unscathed.   It never occurred to me that there might be consequences to seeking a legal remedy to recover money taken from me, money I disputed owing.  I thought the entire collection process was unfair, unconstitutional and would be illegal if done by any group or person, other than the State.  Winning a few battles, felt like victory at the time, but I had no idea I was fighting a war.  And that was before the gangstalking  started. Our nightmare with the CHP began in the summer of 2007. It wasn’t resolved legally until fall of 2010. Add 4 years of gangstalking to that. No, I am not winning this war.  I can’t even walk away from it.

Silly me, I had no idea that doing something perfectly legal would piss off the Highway Patrol as much as it did. I mean…. they are the California Highway Patrol– surely they piss off people daily… probably hourly. People choose their battles. Make ’em mad enough, or treat them bad enough and they just might sue you. The Highway Patrol must get sued all the time, or so I thought. I certainly never could imagine that they would take it personally–extremely personally.

Now… having been through it… I no longer think they get sued in small claims court– at least not very often, and  if they do, they must never lose. The system is rigged, absolutely rigged.  I had to go through it to realize it.  The judgment in our favor seemed to have taken them completely by surprise.

They were, with all their resources, completely unprepared for it. If anyone has ever won against them in small claims court before… I would be very surprised. I used to think an impartial judge made a decision based solely on the merits of a case. Now, I am fairly certain  CHP doesn’t even have to put in an appearance to win.  I think they are a slam dunk and everybody knows it, except opposing parties in law suits (like me)  From what I’ve seen,  our judicial system and law enforcement are one and the same.  Judges can’t be expected to be impartial when they have a horse in the race.

Keith Labella, an attorney and my one of my personal heroes,  has done a lot for gangstalking victims.  He is also no stranger to judges that won’t be swayed by the facts.    Here’s a summary of his recent lawsuit over FOIA request omissions by the FBI   : http://gangstalkingismurder.wordpress.com/gang-stalking-f-o-i-a-lawsuit.  There is a link to the  full text PDF from there, if you want to read it in its entirety.

I am no whistleblower. I am not an activist. I just want to live my life free from harassment. It doesn’t seem like a lot to ask. It’s called the “pursuit of happiness”. You may have heard of it. Well, for the past 4 years the “pursuit of happiness” as been denied us. Gangstalking is covert aggression. An agency, which is in place, strictly for the purpose of upholding the law, would never be able to justify retaliating against anybody that legally sued them in court. You wouldn’t expect them to retaliate at all. But if they did…. they would have to do it covertly.

I don’t believe in violence, but it is pretty obvious that harassment, bullying. mobbing and gangstalking can push people over the edge. I think there is a lot of evidence to support the theory that mass shootings are often preceded by it. Complaints are often lodged with someone in a position of authority about by the (soon to be) shooter, trying to get relief from the harassment.   Later the shooters are described fairly consistently, regardless of the victims,  or the real motives.  You’ve all  heard it before:  The shooter  is described (after the fact) as a loner, a disgruntled employee, anti social or not quite right in the head. I think one of the goals of gangstalking is absolutely to: push people over the edge. They keep the pressure on victims constantly, hoping frustration and rage at the injustice, will do just that.

Being placed on a list by some secret threat assessment committee, signals the start of total and unrelenting, harassment. The fact that being on the list in the first place is what caused a person to go off the rails, just wouldn’t work to further the gangstalking program or the huge expenditures it requires.. When people do blow their tops, it furthers the consensus (among those in the know) that these lists (and the ever tightening noose around the neck of free America) are necessary to find and neutralize potential threats. Cause and effect are obscured by arguments for even more lists, more vigilance and ever more intrusive ways of identifying threats, (thus widening the net) including labeling, identifying and protecting us from the mentally ill (conveniently diagnosed by expert opinion, rather than science). This (they claim) will keep us safe and free from tragedy by preventing crime before it happens. This not only distracts the public, it allows them to marginalize people for crimes they may commit in the future.  Ludicrous as it seems,  this is a well-funded hot research area right now.  I’ll try to give you more information about it some time.

My personal favorite, among methods used to obscure what causes  mass shootings is to break out the old, tired gun control debate– always good for diverting attention and shifting blame.  Nothing ever comes of it, of course, because in the current climate, guns are  useful.  It’s easy to blame guns, and it might not be in your best interest to blame government harassment and blacklisting.

Everybody knows you don’t need a gun for killing, Murder takes place every day,  in almost every country, without them. Guns just make killing more efficient. You can’t grab the attention of our rubber necking society without some substantial carnage. Guns are good for that. This explains why the argument never gets put to rest. It’s a distraction away from the real reason people go postal.

The truth is, nobody in power envisions or wants a future where the civilian majority can legally own a gun. It’s problematic. The day it becomes illegal for civilians to own guns will be the day we can’t get back up the slippery slope. . Until that day, there is still hope for a way of life that allows all people to have their basic needs met and live a life of hope and dignity.

I hate violence. I don’t think it has any place in a civilized society and this…., writing all this crap down and railing passionately on a public forum about societal ills is so not me. It is, instead, the me who has been pushed over the edge by four years of non stop harassment and stalking. The old me didn’t feel the need to stir things up. Even the new me wishes they would just give up, so I could too.

I think about Christopher Dorner and how he destroyed himself to make an impact. He paid the ultimate price. He had other avenues available to get his message out. He was blinded to the possibilities by frustration, indignation and rage at what had been done to him.  Violence is never the answer.  It could be he felt his days were numbered and he had to get the message out very quickly –or never.  A lot of gangstalking victims feel that way.  that their health is in decline from the stress of be harassed.  I’m currently healthy and I shouldn’t have any problem rolling out my message at a snails pace, if I want.  But I still feel an urgency to get the message out

I really think Christopher Dorner was a man out of time, and out of options.  After reading his manifesto, I think he was an intelligent man who didn’t think he would be alive to take the “slow and study wins the race approach”.  He spoke out against police brutality and he later goes on a killing rampage.  He was out of options.  No one should ever feel that way and backing people into a corner by gangstalking, mobbing and monitoring  until they lash out, doesn’t solve problems It creates them.  If you’ve been told gangstalking is a solution to a problem, don’t believe it…  you’ve been snowed.  You can’t break things to fix things.  When you break people, society doesn’t get better; It gets less open and more fearful.  Who among us doesn’t want society to get better?  Who benefits from gangstalking?  Don’t be part of it.

Thank you for reading my blog.

Disinformation: How to Spot The Lies and the Fakes

I need to address the issue of disinformation, because anyone researching the topic of Gangstalking, is going to be confronted with it repeatedly.

I mentioned a little bit about the organization of a Gangstalking group in my last post. The other thing that this group of ORGANIZED HARRASSERS has, is a division of labor. In a legit company, this is akin to having different departments in an organization being responsible for different functions within the company.

A Gangstalking or organized harassment campaign, is a very deliberate, planned and purposeful undertaking. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that there is a master plan. As I’ve said before, being in the dark about motive is not evidence that there isn’t one. In my opinion, no one puts this much effort into anything without a definite plan.

The proximity of the apartments the Gangstalkers have taken over, within view of our house, provides them access into our lives, and we, in turn, learn quite a bit about them. This is not unique between Gangstalkers and Targets; this is the state of affairs that exists between any neighbors.

There are clearly people within the organization, whose job it is to spread propaganda and disinformation, via the media. This is painfully obvious to those of us who are living this nightmare. Remember, unlike other crimes, gangstalking happens over and over again; We see this group in action every single day. This gives us Targeted Individuals, considerable familiarity with tactics and methods. Much more so than victims of most other types of crime.

Disinformation is absolutely something these Gangstalking groups consider to be a cornerstone to their enterprise. Their infiltration of the Internet, with fake web sites and blogs, has been prolific. These phony sites serve one purpose: to mislead anyone looking into the claims made by victims of Gangstalking. They overwhelm search engines results, sending people seeking more information on Gangstalking, (and other synonymous terms) to their phony sites.

There seem to be four primary ways that disinformation is packaged:

First, some of the disinformation tries to make you think that the entire concept of gangstalking is an urban legend or just another crazy story that circulates the internet rumor mills. The purpose of these type posts and sites is to make you think that Gangstalking is not real.

If you don’t fall for that, (and you shouldn’t, because the use of organized stalking has an easily verifiable, well documented history, spanning the globe) there is a second type of disinformation meant to make you think that the people who are being victimized by Gangstalking, are crazy. Gangstalkers do this by posing as victims.

These fake victims take many things right off the pages written by real victims, and make a few key changes. The changes are dispersed throughout the writing, but often appear right near the first paragraph or so (so as not to be missed by the reader.)

These fake victims start out by making outrageous claims, of the kind that are sure to make people question their sanity. Real victims have encountered skeptics too many times already. We instinctively try to establish common ground, or credibility, before making outrageous and unprovable claims. This is especially true, if those claims are sure to alienate possible supporters, right off the bat.

Real victims aren’t claiming the occult or non human entities are behind these crimes. We don’t think these people are performing magic tricks. We think they are using available technology to stalk and harass. If a victim says these people are descendant from Reptilian bloodlines-NEWSFLASH… That’s not a real victim. Most real victims do not think harassment by airplanes is their biggest problem. We are facing daily harassment right here on the ground, which is a bit closer, more in your face, and personal. Being harassed by planes is probably not high on the list of complaints made by real victims. We want you to believe us. Fake victims absolutely DO NOT WANT anyone to believe what they are claiming.

Another way to recognize fake sites is through the links and clicks on the front page. Quite often, they either don’t go anywhere, or go to an error message, telling you the page you are looking for, isn’t available. The front page of the site is a facade. It looks like there’s a real blog or web site, but there isn’t. It is a paper tiger or faux front. It is essentially a lazy attempt to fool the reader.

The content on these fake pages is also lazy. They try to give the appearance of legitimacy, by repeating, verbatim, content stolen from a real victims page. There is very little variation. Lots of the planted links that google comes up with, will show different web addresses, but they all read fairly consistent. Real victims use many of the same key phrases, but when we want to share an entire page of someone else’s writing… We have links for that. We want to be a cohesive community… sharing new ideas and experiences, in an attempt to stop Gangstalking. We are not flooding the Internet with information that is already everywhere…that would be the work of the disinformation specialists, who appear far too lazy to create original content to balance out the disinformation.

Eleanor White has a page rating various web pages on Gangstalking, based on whether they are an attempt to help our cause, spread disinformation (hurting us) or fall somewhere in between. Her list gives valuable information, useful for learning to make the distinction on your own, It is by no means comprehensive or current. The Gangstalkers are literally flooding the Internet with phony pages at a rapid rate.

Disinformation also comes in the form of videos posted on Vimeo and YouTube. There are lots of them. if you want to see what some of my Gangstalkers look like…..they are the stars, in several of the YouTube videos about Gangstalking. They claim to be victims…but guess what? These exact people have stalked me on multiple occasions. They are not victims, they are perpetrators (as is everybody involved in deliberately spreading disinformation to discredit real victims). Some of my stalkers, turned video star, wear costumes (I.e. disguises) in the videos–not good disguises, because they want me to know it’s them (another way of harassing). Victims wearing costumes are almost always not real victims.

Basically my gangstalking crew considers themselves to be film makers and video stars. This group make videos to taunt and discredit the people they are harassing (me and my husband,) as well as the victims of their fellow Gangstalkers. They might say things like: “then all the dogs in the neighborhood started following me to harass me. The owners told the dogs to do it, so they could have a day off.” Even if everything else said in the video sounded legit…a statement like that is made’ so that you will dismiss the (fake) victim as a kook. The idea here, is that it will cause you to, subsequently, discount all accounts of Gangstalking, being told by all (real) victims. In some cases a video will string you along for 15 minutes and end with a frame where a gangstalker holds up a placard that says “ha ha, we fooled you!”

Most of the videos I’ve seen appear to be phony especially, if they aren’t linked to a real victims blog. Here’s one that is legit and worth watching: From our local news station. Here is a link to a slideshow where pertinent frames have been pulled from a video taken by Debbie Newhook, another target who has been active in exposing this crime.

I will cover the fourth method of spreading disinformation in my next post.

Gangstalking is a Mystery, Begging to be Solved!

You are going to read things in my blog that are going to be hard to believe. I understand that. I initially resisted just about everything I read about Gangstalking, First of all, as a victim, you resist identifying yourself with other “targeted individuals”. What other victims describe, sounds Ike a black hole, or quicksand– something that you can’t get out of. You read that it goes on for years. Nobody wants to believe that a bad situation won’t ever come to an end, or that the situation is hopeless. That is a very depressing scenario.

After living like this for 17 months, and reading about people who have been victimized for years, I have decided to tell anyone who will listen, what I see as possible ways to end these criminals “reign of terror”.

The reality of Gangstalking is revealed slowly day by day, like peeling back the layers of an onion. The things other people describe, which initially seemed farfetched, started happening to me. I am going to try to ease into discussing some of the more extreme aspects of gangstalking, a little bit at a time. I am hoping that as you get to know me through my writing, you will become more receptive to the truth, strange as it is.

What I can tell you is, I will be truthful about everything that I describe. I will try to make the irrational, rational, the incredible, credible, and find the logic in the illogical. Gangstalking is at this point a mystery. It is a mystery just like any other unsolved crime. It is begging to be solved.

What I describe is crazy, but I am not. If I suddenly start to spew rhetoric, blaming this on nonhuman entities (I.e. Alien perps, Reptilian DNA, etc..), I can assure you, my blog has been hacked. These are real criminals with a very human agenda. I am absolutely sane and plan to reflect that through my writing.

Victims reporting gangstalking to police, are often treated as if they are mentally Ill. It is important to realize that the things we are reporting are the same kinds of things commonly reported by true schizophrenics, and people with extreme paranoia disorders. This is no accident. Strangers follow you (even when you go the same place at the same time every single day), because being followed by strangers fits the symptoms of classic schizophrenia. This is a smart crime based on psychological manipulation. The things that victims observe, and the tactics used, have all been prominent in accounts made by the mentally Ill. That explains a lot about Gangstalking tactics, and why they use these particular, chosen methods of harassment.

They want their victims to appear crazy, and their crimes to go uninvestigated.

This crime can be solved and the mystery of Gangstalking put to rest.

Here are four approaches,I think can help solve the mystery:

1.) FOLLOW THE FOLLOWERS
Gangstalking is repetitive. It happens day in and day out. Someone following us (my husband or me) or any gangstalked person, would not have to spend too much time before they became aware that something very odd is happening. The crowds around us, everywhere we go, and people trying to beat us in line every time we head to a store register, should be a tip off. We can’t arrange to be followed ourselves, without tipping off the Gangstalkers–we know, because we’ve tried it.

2.) DIVIDE AND CONQUER
There are a lot of people involved. Some of them don’t like what they are doing. You can see it on their faces. Anytime you get that many people involved, you are always in danger of someone breaking ranks. Perfect contol over all humans is not possible. Eventually someone will break ranks and someone will talk. It is the moral, right thing to do. It is also the compassionate humane thing to do. The bigger they get, the sooner they will be exposed by a defector from within.

3.) FOLLOW THE MONEY
Gangstalking is big, organized, and very expensive. The Gangstalkers are rotating in and out of most of the rentals on our street. Santa Cruz is not an inexpensive place to rent. Many of cars they drive appear to stay with the rental units, to be driven by the next Gangstalkers to occupy the place (or the same Gangstalkers, when they return). Someone is paying for these cars, rentals and auto registrations. There has to be a money trail.

4) RUN THE LICENSE PLATES
Lots of the cars that stalk us do not have front license plates. ( illegal in CA). Many have paper dealer plates. Somebody is paying for these new cars. Also, the drivers seem unconcerned with their license plates being photographed, that indicates to me that the cars aren’t registered to the people driving them. It is easier to swap a single back plate quickly than both front and back plates. I am convinced that many of the plates are fake, and others do not lead back to car they are mounted on. All of these misdemeanors should be reasonable cause for a deeper investigation into the driver by law enforcement.

This can be solved….

Gangstalking targets deserve the benefit of the doubt

My story of being a gangstalking target is fascinating, bizarre, interesting and above all, absolutely true. If you believe me, it should make you rethink everything you think you know about people and moral integrity. I assure you, it is worth sticking around for. It is still unfolding. I wish it wasn’t, but since it is, a blog is a perfect format for an unfolding tale.

Gangstalking can’t be stopped until law enforcement recognizes the seriousness and the prevalence of the crime. Even before that, they have to beleive that it’s real, and that it is a form of torture and systematic destruction of a persons life, health and well being. Nobody has the right to do this to another human being.

The Gangstalkers who have been harassing and following my husband and I everywhere, taking our pictures, invading our personal space, and physically impeding our movements by blocking our cars and bodies, are pretty proud of themselves. They just smirk and grin ear to ear, like they just stole money from blind man’s cup, and got away with it. They think they are invincible.

They think they are above the law and they are untouchable. It is time to put a stop to it. If you have been gangstalked ( I don’t care what name you call it), you need to speak up. You need to report it and write about it. I waited 17 months before I finally started this blog. That is far too long to try to do my part to raise awareness.

If you read about somebody who is being gangstalked or know somebody who says they are, you can help us. First of all… Most mental illnesses don’t usually present with sudden onset in people 30 and over. If someone complains about being followed and harassed, and they have never exhibited serious signs of mental illness in the past, they probably aren’t having a delusional break with reality. It is unlikely they are imagining people following them, if they didn’t imagine it during the first 30+ years of their life. A drug induced psychosis would not result in ongoing hallucinations.

If somebody tells you strangers are following them everywhere, they are probably telling the truth. If they don’t have a history of lying. This is a pretty outrageous lie to start out with for somebody who is not known to be a habitual liar.

Neither my husband or I have ever been diagnosed or even suspected of being mentally I’ll. Neither one of us are liars. We are both experiencing the exact same thing (separately and together). We are stable and responsible…and yet, some people who have known us for a long time, choose to believe that we have gone off the deep end simultaneously through either a) sudden, simultaneous onset mental illness b) a blaze of drug induced paranoia/psychosis c) a narcissistic need to be the center of attention (apparently well hidden during our first 46 years on earth) or d)we both decided outrageous lies were better than honesty.

To quote Winston Churchill: “imagination is baffled by the facts”

Why is it that even though everyone has heard the expression “truth is stranger than fiction”, there is so much resistance to it?

People believe in ghosts, alien visitors, and God. Just because none of these beliefs have been proven scientifically, does not appear to render the believers delusional or mentally Ill, in the minds of the same people, who are quick to discount reports of gangstalking. Everybody knows evil people exist. They have a long history of working in groups. Is it really more logical to assume mental illness, then it is assume a group of people are acting in a way, that has yet to be fully explained?

You owe it to friends and family and coworkers, particularly those with a history of behaving rationally and being truthful, the benefit of the doubt. I could not have made this stuff up. I never would have been able to put a name to it, if I had not found other people experiencing the exact same thing.

That said, the people trying so hard to discredit victims us on the web are the very people that are doing the gangstalking. They pretend to be victims or they troll real victims pages and make disparaging references to mental illness and/or drug induced paranoia. For those of us that are real victims, they’re easy to spot.

If gangstalking isn’t happening to you, you’re lucky. If it’s happening to someone you know, he or she could use your support.
