My blog is primarily about Gangstalking,  but this story is about the events that preceded the  last 4 years of harassment.  The story is relevant to my blog,  because I think the lawsuit against the CHP is what started the gangstalking.  Suing them might not have been that big a deal, if we had lost….but we didn’t.
